so last week i thought i had to renew the registration for my car. i went to the dmv's website to do so, but i could not find my info in the database. so, i decided i'd e-mail a question to "customer support."
this is the reply i got:
Your message has been enqueued and undeliverable for 2 days
to the following recipients:
Recipient address: rihelp@neinetwork.com
Reason: unable to deliver this message after 2 days
RI DMV, what is the point of having e-customer support if you can't even have someone read and respond to questions and concers sent via e-mail? absolutely absurd.
we have a government that has no problem spending huge portions of tax dollars on things like close-circuit cameras, police, military, etc. yet, we can't seem to put money where we really need it: the organs of society that DEPEND upon efficiency and human interaction.
this is obnoxious.
another thought: the term "customer support" is a bit odd, in and of itself. i don't know, you tell me.
